How To Make Sashimi Pizza

When the tuna gods smile upon the OTW crew, our favorite way to prepare the bounty of bluefin, yellowfin, or bigeye is to make “Sashimi Pizza.”
Instead of tomato sauce and mozzarella, this pizza begins with a scallion pancake “crust,” sriracha, eel sauce, and wasabi, microgreens, and, of course, thinly sliced raw tuna.
