In my Opinion I feel there is already too many restrictions on the Recreational Fisherman that fishes from Shore. The Large Commercial Fishing Boats have to make a living, but the By-Catch that is not their Targeted Species they throw over the side of their boats Dead is Tremendous. Fish they are not allowed to bring back are Striped Bass, Blue Fish, Fluke, Sea Bass and Weakfish. The Bluefish daily bag limit was already cut from 10 fish per day to 3 fish per day, including snapper blues. How much more are you going to take away? a lot of these Laws and Regulations are made by People that don’t even fish. Stop the Fishing Boats from other Countries in Our Waters Raping Our Fish Populations. Enough is Enough.
