Catamaran-style hulls get plenty of praise for their performance, but the big benefit that turns cat owners into cat evangelists is above the waterline: deck space.
No monohull boat can come close to the amount of real estate provided by a catamaran-style hull, which carries its beam forward to the bow. What you do with all that space—serious fishing, family fun, comfortable cruising—is up to you.
In the case of World Cat’s newest center console catamaran, the World Cat 325CC, designers took full advantage of the 10’6” beam to load the boat with increased insulated storage, a pro-style tackle station, a spacious in-console marine head, and a sprawling bow seating arrangement to keep your guests comfortable.
There is plenty of room for fishing, especially with the 325CC’s new removable transom seating arrangement, which allows you to open up the cockpit for the controlled chaos of offshore fishing. Take advantage of the tackle station, which has a sink and a 45-gallon livewell, to prep your rigs, and then drag your tuna aboard through the walk-through transom door.
The 325CC also comes in an available Shadow Series option with multiple exciting elements, including a transom reinforcement for higher HP rating; Mate Elite Series oval 30 degree cup/rod holders; upgraded white sport speakers (including two new speaker locations in the bow); port and starboard YETI coolers with seat cushion and coaming pad bolster; and a transom insulated storage tub with acrylic lid.
Power for the 325CC is twin Yamaha 300-hp outboards with Optimus electronic steering system, which can be upgraded to include joystick steering, SeaStation and SeaWays auto pilot. Overall, the World Cat 325CC provides unmatched performance with offshore range—all on a stable, proven catamaran platform.
