Greater Niagara Region Frank Campbell After the storm of a generation that put Christmas on hold for many, it will be a while before anyone can get back fishing in the Niagara River.

A few salmon are still being caught and seen in the lower Niagara, but most of the action has been with brown trout, steelhead and lakers.
