Mercer County

Shenango Reservoir

Boating season is in full swing. If you are getting your boat out for the first time, make sure you have all your safety equipment in order.
 
Anglers are catching panfish throughout the lake. A reminder that Shenango Reservoir is now designated as a Panfish Enhancement Lake. Crappie must be 9 inches to harvest and the creel limit is 20.

Warren County

Allegheny River

Anglers are catching Smallmouth Bass by Betts Park using a variety of soft plastics, jerkbaits, and spinnerbaits.

Kinzua Reservoir

Sugar Bay is a great area for Walleye. Anglers are catching the most Walleye around the mouth of the bay.

Southeastern Region

Marsh Creek Lake

Please remember that on June 1 the striped bass regulations in the Delaware River and Estuary change to a creel of 1 fish and size between 28 to less than 35 in.

Anglers who target or catch striped bass are required to register as a Saltwater Angler. Anglers may register at pa-sarp.pa.gov.
Anglers may fulfill the Saltwater Angler Registration requirement by possessing a registration from PA or a Registry administrated by NOAA or another state.

Boaters, please make sure you boat registration is up to date. If your sticker says 21, then it expired on March 31st. You can renew your boat registration by mail or online at fishandboat.com
