Welcome to Onthewater.com, the website of On The Water Media. The following sets forth On The Water’s Giveaway Rules. By entering an On The Water Giveaway, you are agreeing to these rules, as well as the terms and conditions set forth in On The Water’s Terms of Use agreement, found at: Terms of Use.

No Purchase Necessary
There is no purchase necessary to enter an On The Water giveaway and making a purchase will not improve your chances of being selected as part of the Giveaway.
Entering the Giveaway
To enter you must provide an email and certain information as part of the giveaway entrance form. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Use of Entrant Information
All information submitted as part of your entry become subject to On The Water’s Terms of Use agreement, which includes On The Water’s Privacy Policy. On The Water will send all entrants emails and postal mail about relevant products. Entrants may unsubscribe or opt out of receiving such additional emails and postal mailings as described in On The Water’s Privacy Policy. On The Water will also share entrants’ email addresses with the Sponsor of the Giveaway.
Drawings
The winner is randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winners are announced as soon as commercially reasonable after the drawing. On The Water’s decisions are final. On The Water notifies the winner by email. If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, On The Water will select another winner at random.
Prizes
Prizes will be described in the Giveaway.
Publicity
Winners are responsible for paying all taxes and expenses associated with the prize. By accepting the prize you are granting On The Water the right to use your name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.
Eligibility
Giveaways are open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. On The Water employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
On The Water is not responsible for (1) typographical errors, misdirected or incomplete entries; or (2) computer or telecommunication system failures or similar disruptions to email services and/or the Internet.
Disputes
All disputes shall be resolved as described in On The Water’s Terms of Use agreement.
