Andy Nabreski tags along on a striped bass tagging trip with the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries. Heading the mission is marine biologist Paul Caruso, who takes time to explain the benefits of the tagging program. Using parachute jigs and wire line to get deep in the rips, the crew is able to provide the scientists with a steady stream of striped bass to tag. In total, 45 bass come over the rail and are quickly sent back sporting red tags that will provide the scientists with valuable data about the species.
