Jigging Bluefin Tuna with Reel Deal

Kevin Blinkoff joins Captain Bobby Rice and luremaker Ron Poirier to fish RonZ soft-plastic jigs for bluefin tuna on Stellwagen Bank during the first week of November. As soon as the sun comes up tuna begin blasting through big sand eels right on the surface and it doesn’t take the trio long to tie into the hardest fighting fish in the Northeast.

    I am new to New Hampshire and new subscriber to your magazine. I saw your great TV Show on jigging tuna with Captain Bobby Rice in November and plan on contacting him to try to setup a trip this year. I am an experienced salt water fisherman (819 tiger shark in 1987) but have never seen anything quite like the tuna fishing on your program. Thanks for the information.
