Spearfishing Tautog in Rhode Island

This is On The Water’s first-ever spear fishing episode, filmed by diving fisherman Mike Laptew. In this episode, On The Water’s Chris Megan, who recently became scuba certified, tries his hand at breath-hold diving and quickly realizes how different it is from scuba diving.
