Advertising Sales Opening
Have a passion for Media Sales? On The Water has an immediate opening for an advertising sales professional for the New York region. This position offers the candidate the ability to represent highly respected targeted media products including a niche coastal enthusiast Magazine, Internet, e-marketing, & Social Media. We have an outside sales opportunity for individuals with at least 2+ year’s media sales experience. Developing the territory is key to this position.
The positions require the ability to fact find, present, and close. Must have polished phone skills, excellent time management, understanding of customer needs and attention to detail. A “do whatever it takes to be successful” attitude is a must to join our team. A passion for fishing a plus.

Sales & Marketing Interns Wanted
On The Water, New England’s leading fishing magazine is seeking interns to help out in our busy circulation department. Responsibilities will include helping out with the day–to –day operation of the department handling customer service, marketing, data entry, order fulfillment and clerical work while also participating in the planning and implementation of circulation marketing plans and promoting the growth of the magazine.
Individuals should be outgoing, bright, and energetic quick learners who are willing to take on new tasks and challenges daily. A love of the outdoors and fishing is a real plus.

Sales & Marketing Interns Wanted
On The Water is seeking a few interns to help out with our busy trade show season. On The Water is one of New England’s leading media companies focusing on fishing in New England. We attend approximately 16 trade shows (mostly boat & sportsman’s shows) around the New England area promoting On The Water magazine, On The Water TV, The Striper Cup tournament and our ancillary products.
We are looking for a few outgoing and energetic individuals to help with the setup and breakdown of show booth as well as manning our booth and promoting our products. A passion for fishing and the outdoors is a real plus. Most shows are on weekends from January thru Early April.
This is a great opportunity to gain first hand experience in targeted consumer marketing. If you are looking to have some fun and learn at the same tame, this may me for you.
